Where Are They Now?

Since its inception, CPE has made a difference in the lives of more than 290 high school students and their families. 97% of CPE graduates have gone on to college, a tremendous accomplishment considering that almost all are the first in their families to do so. The majority of our alumni are attending more than 60 colleges and universities across the country.

Angel Barber (Archbishop Carroll 2000) graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Trinity College in 2004 where she majored in psychology.

Latissha Isby (Archbishop Carroll 1999) is a graduate of Ohio Valley College where she was a standout on the Women’s Basketball team and named one of 2003-2004 WVIAC All-Conference Athletes.

Isaac Lawson (Archbishop Carroll 2000) graduated from Goucher College in 2004 and currently attends Union Theological Seminary in New York.

Jamil Ludd (Gonzaga 2003), a senior at Tufts University, is a Resident Assistant and a member of the Men’s Indoor and Outdoor track teams.

Renee Lyons (Archbishop Carroll 1999) graduated from The George Washington University in 2004 where she is currently pursuing a graduate degree in museum education.

H’Cone Thompson (DeMatha 1999) graduated from Lafayette University in 2003 with majors in economics and business. H’Cone played professional tennis and was selected to be a member of the Bahamian National Davis Cup tennis team.
